Enterprise Charter School Public Notices

Enterprise Charter School (ECS) is a 501c3 public charter school authorized by Buffalo Public Schools, under the supervision of the New York State Board of Regents. The school is governed by an appointed Board of Trustees. Meetings are open to the public, and are announced on our website under News and Events. ECS is a tax-exempt organization, federal tax ID 14-1876714. Enterprise Charter School is an equal opportunity employer. All families from Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs are welcome to apply. Enrollment is determined via lottery, and applications are accepted year-round. We proudly serve families of all backgrounds and children who are English Language Learners and those with disabilities. Special Education Services are referred to and determined by the Buffalo Public Schools Committee on Special Education, and ECS will faithfully execute each student's Individual Education Program (IEP).
